Consultancy
Over the past 6 years, we have built up a wealth of knowledge working with large IT companies in Problem and Change/Release Management. All this is based around the ITIL framework and has involved implementing and developing processes and procedures to help customers drive down the number of faults occuring. These are processes which can be scaled to suite the size of your business. As more and more large corporations are using the ITIL framework, smaller companies can find it difficult to follow suite. This doesn't have to be the case.
